Established in 2003 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million Yuan, Shenzhen Jiuming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a large enterprise specialized in the operation and whole-sale of medicines and medical apparatus. The company is running a complete range of business, which covers categories such as Chinese herbal medicines, TCM decoction pieces, Chinese patent medicine, chemical preparations, antibiotic preparations, second class psychotropic substances (preparations) and all kinds of medical apparatus products, with a superior and complete sales network covering all provinces and autonomous regions. Meanwhile, it is also the only provider of medicines and consumables for the troops of Chinese People’s Liberation Army stationed in Hong Kong and the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai. Completed and put into operation in 2010, Guangdong Jiuming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a new pharmaceutical enterprise invested by the Shenzhen headquarters in Heyuan and a national hightech enterprise with three hightech products. Occupying a land of near 50,000 ㎡, the pharmaceutical factory has a clean environment, modernized GMP workshops of 15,000 ㎡, labs of more than 3,000 ㎡, with 22 technicians, including 1 chief pharmacist, 1 senior engineer, and 11 licensed pharmacists. Its existing crude drug workshop, solid preparation workshop and Cephalosporins workshop have all passed the certification of the new edition national GMP, which are mainly producing preparations such as tablets, hard capsules, Cephalosporins hard capsules, medicines of 45 specifications, crude drugs such as soldium salicylate and desloratadine, among which Mingtuo brand desloratadine capsule is a globally exclusive type of hightech antiallergy medicine. The desloratadine crude drug, desloratadine tablet and desloratadine capsule produced by the company were certified by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangdong Province as a high-tech product. In 2014, Jiuming Pharmaceutical was certified as a national hightech enterprise and an anti-allergy engineering technology research institute of Guangdong Province. On the basis of innovative development, the company has planned a factory of crude drugs, a workshop for extraction of Chinese herbal medicine, a workshop of medical apparatus and a workshop of injection, establishing a new pharmacy production base in Heyuan and building a comprehensive vertical production structure. Jiuming Biotech Development Co., Ltd. was established in January 2002, on the basis of which Jiuming Pharmaceutical Institute was officially opened and established in the base of Jiuming at Shiyan. Since its establishment, the Institute has insisted on a path of “independent innovation and industrial transformation”. In 2013, it developed three national second-class new medicines, successfully completed a pilot plant test, and won a first prize at the city level for scientific and technological progress, with two national invention patents and undertaking work such as packing material registration and changes, new medicine screening and reregistration. At present, on the basis of the latest technology of activated carbon absorbent mask at home and abroad, it has independently developed the globally firstever white nanometer microporous absorption PM2.5 mask and won a governmental financial aid of millions of RMB certified by Shenzhen Hightech Industrial Innovation Center. The Shiyan base of Jiuming Pharmaceutical lies at No. 7, Xingye Road, the No. 3 Industrial Zone, Shilongzai, Shiyan subdistrict, Bao’an district, Shenzhen, which is a comprehensive modernized large pharmacy logistics industrial park established by Jiuming Group, integrating distribution, warehousing, logistics, training and office. Established on March 22, 2016, Jiuming Pharmaceutical Zhuhai Base lies at No. 1, Shiqun Road, Shiqun Village, Qianwu Town, Doumen District, Zhuhai, occupying a land of 6,000 plus ㎡, with a floor area of 8,600 plus ㎡, already enabling a warehousing area of 1,800 plus ㎡. Its warehouses of medicines and medical apparatus have respectively passed the GSP certification of Guangdong and acceptance of the Food and Drug Administration of Zhuhai. The base is the main camp of the company in pursuing its strategy of expansion in Western Guangdong as well as a bridgehead for business expansion and construction, operation and management in the west of Guangdong. Meanwhile, the base is also a large pharmacy logistics distribution center integrating warehousing, transport, distribution and life guarantee. The base is mainly responsible for the company to perform its tasks of supplying and logistics of medicines, consumables and medical apparatus to mandated hospitals in the west of Guangdong (at present it has undertaken the supply and distribution for the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai in Doumen district); it is responsible for the planning of Jiuming Medical Rehabilitation Center and expansion and construction of in-hospital pharmacies in the west of Guangdong. In 2015, Heyuan Jiuming Kangjian Pharmacy Chain Co., Ltd., a whollyowned subsidiary of Jiuming Pharmaceutical, was established, which laid down a foundation for the opening of prescription medicine sales network. In 2016, two inhospital pharmacies of Jiuming Pharmaceutical (the eighth affiliated hospital of Sun Yatsen University and the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai) were officially opened. The inhospital pharmacies supplement the shortage medicines and temporary medicines for the pharmacies of hospitals, make it more convenient for patients to buy special medicines and temporary medicines, and thoroughly enable the patients to buy medicines from a retail pharmacy with the prescription at a zero distance. To better practice the service philosophy centered on patients and guarantee the continuity of medication for patients, supplement the shortage medicines and temporary medicines of pharmacies of hospitals and make it more convenient for patients to buy special medicines and temporary medicines, Jiuming Pharmaceutical has opened dozens of outsidehospital convenience drugstores in Longhu, Guangming, Buji, Nanshan, No. 2 Hospital of the City, Futian, Children’s Hospital and Longgang near each major hospital of the whole city. In August 2015, the leadership of Shenzhen Jiuming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai proactively realized that the combination of medical treatment and care was a big event concerning the wellbeing of the common folks, which can better change the current status such as lack of medical treatment, lack of medical care, separation of treatment and care, fragmentation of medical treatment and care services and better satisfy the increasing demands of the elderly for medical treatment and care services, Jiuming Medical Rehabilitation Center is located in Zhuhai, the most habitable city of China, one of the “40 national tourist destinations of China”, honored as a newtype “garden city”, “romantic city” and “happy city”, on 268, Gangxia East Road, Doumen district. The Center has been reconstructed on the former site of the old area of the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai (the People’s Hospital of Doumen district, Zhuhai), occupying 30+ mu and with a construction area of 30,000 plus ㎡. The Center comprises comprehensive large outpatient buildings including department of geriatrics and rehabilitation department, an inpatient department with 350 plus beds and 150 plus VIP endowment beds. Phase I project will be put into operation in December 2016; the whole project will all be officially put into operation by May 2017. After the Center is officially put into operation, it will be deployed with various medical workers such as TCM, Western Medicine, rehabilitation therapists and professional elderly care workers to offer medical treatment, care and rehabilitation services to the elderly patients. With 500+ endowment beds, it will be the largest medical rehabilitation center in Guangdong. Meanwhile, the Center will establish a senile disease research center based on the scientific research strength of Zunyi Medical University and the teaching hospital of the fifth affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical University,Zhuhai. After the center is put into operation, it’s predicted to create around 300 jobs, which will be of active significance in helping the local government solve problems such as employment and endowment.
